DEVOTION &
SETTLING IN

Through our Immersion practices we explore the difference between devotion outward and devotion inward. This exploration will help you understand why this work is important to you and FOR you, and will assist you in creating consistency within the Immersion, and long after. 

Once devotion becomes clear, we truly land in our practice. On Day 2 I guide you into a practice of settling back into yourself. This helps ground, centre and align you with yourself once more.

day 01 & 02

The mind as a mirror & stillness

We often hear of others being referred to as 'mirrors' for our internal world, however on Day 3, I explore how our mind is in fact our mirror, and the power in cleansing it, in order to see with clarity. 

On Day 4 we strengthen our stillness practice by dropping deeply into our body. This level of stillness is where our inner state of peace exists, and landing here will instantly shift your energy for the better. 

DAY 03 & 04 

BREATH & INTUITION

On Day 5 and 6, I walk you through two of the most powerful tools on your journey to and through motherhood: breath and intuition.  They truly exist in unison, and support you to feel more calm, stress-free and aligned when practiced daily. 

These practices will become foundational for you, both through the immersion and as you navigate your personal practice solo. 


DAY 05 & 06

Co-Creation & Discomfort 

As women we carry and hold a lot. The way that our society is structured means that we get used to doing many things on our own or with minimal support. On Day 7 I help you understand the energetics of co-creation, and help you energetically match the higher power that aligns for you. 

This practice of co-creation is deeply supportive to your nervous system, and will help you land in a place of safety and certainty within. 

Part of allowing co-creation to occur means being able to truly be with ourselves. On Day 8, you will learn how to sit with yourself through whatever presents, and nurture discomfort rather than rush or push through it. 

DAY 07 & 08

VISION & REFLECTION

As our time together in Inner Immersion draws to a close we look forward to your future. Through our vision and reflection exercises you will become clear on what your personal practices will look like post Immersion. This understanding and clarity will come from your lived experience and inner wisdom, rather than anything someone else has ever told you that you should do. 

You will walk away with a clear commitment to yourself, understanding the practices that best serve you, how to fit them into your life, and the benefits you can expect from this longer term commitment to yourself.

About Kate Caddle

Kate is a conception, pregnancy and motherhood coach, podcast host and yoga teacher, with over 12 years experience in helping women feel beautiful in their own skin, and in the past year has supported more than 70% of her conception clients to fall pregnant 

Kate is also the host of The Awakened Pregnancy Podcast with over 70 episodes to date, many well known guests and thousands of listeners per week. She has worked alongside wellness industry leaders such as Melissa Ambrossini, Nat Kringoudis, Angela Simson, The Daily Guru, Fernwood Fitness and has her work extensively featured in media outlets such as The Daily Telegraph, My Body & Soul and The Herald Sun.

The Inner Immersion is designed to be incorporated into your life as it is now. In saying that, anything powerful usually requires a trade off, so if you are concerned about the time commitment, now would be a great time to reflect on what you would be willing to trade off with for the next 10 days? That being said, the immersion could be done in 20 minutes per day as a minimum, but I would recommend allowing 30 - 60 minutes if possible.

The final sale of the program will not be run live. You are purchasing a completely downloadable program and will have access to the full program from the moment of purchase. Nothing is delivered live so you are able to move at your own pace and in your own time. 

I can't make any promises that this program will give you everything you desire, the results are between you and the Universe.
